About this project
Build a non-contact crack width measurement system using HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor and Arduino Uno. Monitor structural crack propagation in concrete beams, columns, and masonry walls with 0.1mm resolution. Display real-time crack width on 16x2 LCD with visual LED alerts and buzzer warnings when crack exceeds critical limits per IS 456:2000 serviceability criteria.
