About this project
Build professional shock and impact measurement system using ESP32 with ADXL377 high-G analog accelerometer for crash testing and drop analysis. Measure accelerations from ±200g with 3-axis detection, calculate impact force and energy, determine g-force duration, log shock waveforms to SD card at 1kHz sampling, display peak acceleration and velocity change on web dashboard. Achieve precision impact characterization with trigger-based capture for packaging testing, crash analysis, and mechanical shock validation.
