Build precision laser displacement measurement system using ESP32 with VL53L1X time-of-flight sensor for beam deflection analysis. Measure deflections from 0-4000mm with ±1mm accuracy, calculate bending stress and strain, determine elastic modulus, log load-deflection curves to SD card, display real-time deflection graphs on web dashboard. Achieve non-contact measurement with 50Hz sampling rate for static and dynamic deflection testing.
