About this project

Build professional thermal imaging system using ESP32 with MLX90640 32x24 infrared array sensor for temperature field visualization and heat distribution analysis. Measure temperatures from -40°C to 300°C across 768-pixel thermal image, detect hotspots and thermal gradients, calculate thermal stress indicators, log temperature maps to SD card, display real-time heatmap on web dashboard with color-coded visualization. Achieve ±1°C accuracy with 16Hz refresh rate for mechanical component thermal analysis, bearing fault detection, and heat transfer studies.
