About this project

Build professional ultrasonic thickness measurement system using ESP32 with precision ultrasonic transducer for non-destructive testing (NDT) and material characterization. Measure wall thickness from 1mm to 300mm with ±0.1mm accuracy using pulse-echo technique, detect corrosion and material degradation, calculate sound velocity in different materials, log thickness profiles to SD card, display A-scan waveforms on web dashboard. Achieve high-precision material testing with temperature compensation for pipelines, pressure vessels, and structural steel inspection.
