About this project
SpeedForge is a standalone DC motor speed controller that uses Arduino's PWM output and an L298N H-bridge motor driver to vary motor speed smoothly from 0 to 100%. A potentiometer acts as the analog speed reference, and a 16×2 I2C LCD displays live speed percentage and PWM duty cycle. Two indicator LEDs show motor running and motor stop states. This project teaches pulse-width modulation, H-bridge operation, analog-to-digital conversion, and real-time LCD feedback — core competencies for any Electronics Engineering student.
