About this project
Build a smart RFID access controller — tap your college ID card or keychain tag and watch the servo arm swing open like a real door lock, a green LED glows, and the LCD displays your name. Tap any unregistered card and the buzzer screams, red LED flashes, and the LCD shows ACCESS DENIED. The WOW moment: at your college exhibition, walk up to your project, tap your card, and a physical servo door swings open on command — then hand a friend a random card and watch the alarm fire. You just built the exact same technology that runs every hotel room lock, office entry gate, and college lab turnstile in India. Build time: 2.5–3 hours. Works completely offline — no WiFi, no app, no cloud.
